Hafriend Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Hafriend platform (“Hafriend”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Hafriend is a social activity platform that allows individuals to create profiles and share information about social activities and interests, such as:

  • city walks

  • cultural experiences

  • dining dining experiences

  • visiting cafes

  • exercising

  • attending events

  • photography walks

  • language exchange

  • community or cultural activities

The platform enables users to discover social activities and connect with others who share similar interests.

Hafriend provides only a digital platform for users to create profiles and discover social activities.

The platform is designed to facilitate shared activities and experiences, and not to provide or arrange personal services or companionship services.

Hafriend   does not provide, arrange, or manage any services, and is not involved in agreements between users.

Any interaction or meeting between users is voluntary and occurs outside the platform.

The platform is intended only for lawful social interaction and activity-based experiences.

By accessing or using Hafriend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the platform.

Hafriend is strictly an activity-based community platform. It does not facilitate, promote, or support compensated dating, escort services, paid companionship, or any exchange of money or gifts between users for social interaction. Any use of the platform for such purposes is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

2. Eligibility

To use Hafriend, users must:

  • be at least 18 years old

  • provide accurate and truthful information

  • comply with these Terms of Use

Users create an account through their LINE account.

By registering, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate

  • you are legally capable of accepting these Terms

Hafriend may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

3. Nature of the Platform

Hafriend operates as a social activity discovery platform.

The platform allows users to:

  • create a personal profile

  • share interests and hobbies

  • describe social activities they enjoy

  • discover other users with similar interests

The platform does not include:

  • in-app payments

  • in-app booking systems

The platform includes an in-app messaging feature that allows users to coordinate activity details. All conversations must remain related to the selected activity. Users are prohibited from using the messaging feature for any purpose unrelated to shared activities.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must use the platform respectfully and lawfully.

Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any of the following activities:

  • prostitution

  • escort services

  • sexual services

  • compensated dating arrangements

  • human trafficking or exploitation

  • illegal activities

  • harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior

  • impersonating another person

  • posting misleading or fraudulent information

  • distributing spam, malware, or harmful software

  • offering or requesting paid companionship

5. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from posting or sharing any content that includes:

  • pornographic material

  • sexually explicit content

  • nudity intended for sexual purposes

  • escort advertisements

  • solicitations for sexual encounters

  • content promoting prostitution or sexual services

  • sexually suggestive or explicit images

  • content that is obscene, offensive, or inappropriate

  • content promoting compensated dating, paid companionship, or any exchange of money, gifts, or benefits for social interaction or company

Hafriend reserves the right to remove such content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.


6.  Activity Moderation

Hafriend actively monitors activity listings, user profiles, and in-app communications to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines.


Hafriend reserves the right to:

- Remove any activity listing or profile content that violates these Terms

- Suspend or permanently ban accounts engaged in prohibited behavior

- Report illegal activity to relevant authorities

7. User Content

Users are responsible for all content they publish on the platform, including:

  • profile information

  • photos

  • activity descriptions

  • contact information

Users must ensure that all content:

  • belongs to them

  • does not infringe the rights of others

  • complies with applicable laws

  • complies with these Terms of Use

By publishing content on the platform, users grant Hafriend a non-exclusive right to display such content for platform operation and promotion.

Hafriend reserves the right to moderate or remove content at its sole discretion.

8. Safety Guidelines

Hafriend requires users to follow these safety practices when meeting other users for the first time: 

  • All first meetings must take place in public locations.

  • Users must communicate and confirm activity details before meeting.

Hafriend encourages (but does not mandate) the following for all subsequent meetings:

  • Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information

  • End interactions immediately if you feel uncomfortable

Hafriend provides optional identity verification to help increase trust between users, but cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or behavior of any individual.

Users are responsible for their own decisions and interactions.

9. Suspension or Termination

Hafriend may suspend or terminate user accounts that:

  • violate these Terms of Use

  • post prohibited content

  • engage in illegal or unsafe activities

  • misuse the platform

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

10. Platform Disclaimer

Hafriend is a technology platform only.

Hafriend does not:

  • employ users

  • arrange meetings between users

  • guarantee the conduct of any user

  • guarantee the accuracy of all user-provided information. Hafriend provides an optional identity verification process to increase trust between users; however, verification does not constitute a guarantee of any user's identity, intentions, or conduct.

  • provide any form of professional or personal services

Any meeting or interaction between users occurs entirely at their own discretion and responsibility.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Hafriend platform, including:

  • trademarks

  • logos

  • designs

  • software

  • text and graphics

belongs to Hafriend or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.

12. Privacy

Hafriend processes personal data according to its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Users should review the Privacy Policy for full details on how personal data is collected and protected.

13. Reporting Violations

Users may report behavior or content that:

  • violates these Terms

  • appears illegal

  • threatens the safety of others

Hafriend will review reports and may take appropriate action, including content removal or account suspension.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Thailand.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Hafriend may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
